Important Please Read: This form is to ONLY be used with vintage patterns that are offered on our heirloom sewing blog. Free vintage patterns are offered periodically to our newsletter/blog subscribers.

This form is NOT to be used to request patterns that are on the www.HeirloomSewingForChildren.com website.

The vintage patterns are offered only on our blog and are given away on a "first come, first serve" basis. In other words, the pattern will go to the first one who notifies us that they want it.

We usually only have one of each vintage pattern that we offer to giveaway, so submit your request as soon as possible.

Update on vintage pattern status: All vintage patterns offered thus far have been claimed. Subscribe to our blog to be notified of future offers.

About the Free Vintage Pattern Giveaway - The free vintage pattern giveaway is just for fun. They are packed and mailed by volunteers, after hours, off the clock and off the record. To protect your privacy, after the pattern is mailed to the first person who notified us, the remaining notifications are deleted.

Just a Few Rules - The Free Vintage Patterns are an exclusive offer to our newsletter/blog subscribers only. The free offers will be limited to the USA only. We will mail them to home addresses only, no P.O. Boxes, mail forwarding services or businesses. Some of the patterns are very old and in fragile condition. They will be distributed "as is". This free offer is for fun, without warranty or guarantees.
